Verstela’s mission of Success Stories Created Daily doesn’t stop at connecting job seekers and employers. We truly believe that jobs change lives, which is why we’re dedicated to supporting programs that help remove barriers to employment. And we go beyond that, seeking out a variety of ways to serve our communities so that people can flourish and grow.
At Verstela Staffing, we not only encourage our team members to volunteer with their favorite organizations, we also reinvest our profits into our communities. Through our giving, we support both local and national organizations that remove barriers to employment as well as programs for youth, seniors, and other vulnerable people.
Why do we do all of this?
Because everyone in our communities deserves a chance to create their success story.
Since our founding in 1983, we have firmly believed that we become successful by helping others become successful. That mentality extends to our community as well. We know that a healthy, flourishing community is necessary to create a strong job market and ready workforce. That’s why we created the Verstela Values in Practice (VIP) program.
While we support a variety of charitable programs as a company, we also give our team members the chance to support the organizations and causes they believe in most. To that end, we offer our employees paid time off to engage in community service activities of their choosing. This initiative not only strengthens our bonds with the community but also amplifies our impact, helping us build a better, brighter future together.
