Dusty Ross

Dusty Ross is the President and founder of READY SAFE GO. He currently lives near Portland, Oregon.  Dusty has over 28 years of safety experience where he worked for 4 large companies in Chemical Manufacturing, Semi-Conductor, Pulp and Paper, and Aerospace. Most recently, Dusty was the Division Safety Director for one of the largest Aerospace manufacturers in the world with over 34,000 employees and over 6,600 employees in his division.  He with 6 others manned the Corporate Safety Council writing programs and guidance documents for all 34,000 employees to follow. After many years and learning opportunities, Dusty has started his own consulting business where he is excited to share knowledge to improve the safety culture at your company.
