Equal Work, Equal Pay: The Latest Developments◢
Overview
States across the country continue to adopt a range of regulations targeted at pay inequities in the workplace. In this session, our labor and employment law experts will review:
- The current landscape for employers seeking to comply with the ever-changing requirements and aiming to adopt best practices.
- The latest developments for the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act, which requires labor-service providers to pay wages and provide benefits to employees assigned to a third-party client that are determined by the third-party client’s practices for its own employees.
